How much does it cost to entrust my apartment to D'Arcadia?

What exactly does D'Arcadia take care of?
We handle the entire short-term rental lifecycle: professional photography, listing on the portals (Airbnb, Booking.com and others), personal welcome and check-in, hotel-standard cleaning and linen, maintenance, 24/7 guest support and all bureaucratic requirements.
Who handles the bureaucratic requirements (SCIA, CIN, tourist tax)?
We take care of it all: opening and managing the SCIA, applying for the CIN and the ROSS Code, registration on Alloggiati Web, and tourist-tax declarations on Gecos and to the Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate).
Do I need to be present for guest check-in?
No. We manage the welcome personally, handing over the keys in person — never just a key-box — with full support throughout the entire stay.
How is cleaning handled between stays?
With a professional cleaning and linen-change service to hotel standards after every check-out, to guarantee impeccable conditions every time.
Which portals do you list the apartments on?
On the main booking portals (Airbnb, Booking.com and others), with calendars synchronized through a channel manager to avoid overbooking.
Which areas of Rome do you operate in?
We cover the historic centre and the surrounding areas: Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, Piazza di Spagna, Colosseo/Monti, Trastevere, Gianicolo, Vaticano/Prati, Olimpico/Flaminio and Cornelia.
What happens if a guest has a problem during their stay?
We offer 24/7 support: every request or unexpected issue is handled directly by our team, without the owner needing to step in.
Can I ask for advice on the apartment's furnishing and style?
Yes — our Home Styling & Staging service includes furnishing and décor advice designed to increase rates and reviews.
